Mediation Fees

Call us for hourly rates or per diem rates.

I will provide the parties with an invoice regarding any time spent on a matter prior to the mediation taking place.  A final invoice will be provided to both parties at the conclusion of the mediation.  Payment should be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.  The parties will equally share the costs of the mediation unless otherwise agreed to by the parties or ordered by the Court.

My charges are in 1/6 hour increments for any time spent on the case.  This includes emails, letters, review of submissions, mediation time and any other time associated with the mediation.

If a party prefers, we do accept credit card payments.

Travel Time

I do not charge for our travel time.

Preparation Time

I try and keep preparation time to a minimum while still preparing properly for the mediation.  Accordingly, we will provide you with the amount of preparation time prior to the mediation.

Pre-Mediation Statements

I request that both parties provide confidential pre-mediation statements to me at least 7 days before the mediation.  They can be sent by email or fax.
